The tracking feature doesn't always…
The tracking feature doesn't always work. We are in a good cell signal area. The correction feature is too slow to get to and again sometimes it does not work. I love the idea but it's not as reliable as I would like for the money... I went back to my regular e collars.

Thank you for the review. Tracking is heavily reliant on both the collar and your phone having a strong cellular connection. Our cellular connection is optional and not required for containment or corrections; it is used solely for tracking and notifications. Most cell issues can be resolved by power cycling the collar. I love my SpotOn fence
I love my SpotOn fence. My yard is a little more than an acre and would have cost more than 10K to install a traditional fence. I have a pond on my back border but it was no problem setting my SpotOn fence straight through it. When I travel I can set a temporary fence wherever we are. I couldn't be happier ☺. Kelly S.

SpotOn Nova Superior Tracking and Geofencing
The new Spot On Nova is a significant improvement over the already great Spot On OMNI collar. The additional accuracy, better battery life and lack of drift make it th best performing GP Fence and tracking collar on the market.

The fence works most of the time
The fence works most of the time, and my dog has learned his boundaries, which gives me peace of mind.

For the price the build quality of the…
For the price the build quality of the collar is questionable at best and service is sub par. Large price tag that ultimately left me dissatisfied

Thank you for the honest feedback. Our records indicate that you last reached out three months ago regarding the satellite connection issues. The last correspondence with us indicated there was a puncture hole in the unit that could allow water or moisture into the internals of the collar. Due to this, the unit was not safe to ship by mail, and we offered you a replacement collar at a significant discount because your collar was outside the one-year warranty, and your free accident forgiveness collars had already been used. You responded to the agent, claiming the collar was working, and thanked them for their assistance. If you would like to purchase the replacment collar we offered during the last communication, please reach back out to support. We would be happy to assist.
