Spot processed our claim quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased that 70% of the bill for emergency surgery was paid. I couldn’t ask for a better response.

We chose Spot Pet Insurance and honestly best decision my husband and I made, The monthly payment is fair, the app is easy to use to submit claims and the refund is deposited directly into my bank account. I would highly recommend and I will use them for all my pets.

I’m so impressed with how Spot Insurance handled our recent emergency. My cat had to go to the ER, and I was worried about the claims process, but Spot made it so easy. They processed everything promptly and without any back-and-forth. It’s rare to find a company that makes things this hassle-free. Truly grateful for the peace of mind!
