Best pet insurance out there!! They're proactive in reaching out for medical records from vets as needed and turnaround time for claim processing is quick! Glad I chose SPOT!!

All of representatives that I spoke with were very supportive and compassionate about my loss, and they worked quickly to get my policy approved and my refund dispersed to me, I sincerely appreciate the support

Filing my claim was easy, payment was deposited in my account in 2 weeks, could have been sooner maybe. But anyway, claim was treated fairly.

I do not recommend this company. Their prices go up a lot after the first year. They would not reimburse me for my cat's annual physical even though I pay the wellness premium. The wellness portion of the insurance isn't worth it. After paying the monthly premium every month for it, you might as well pay the vet for the visit. I canceled the insurance on both of my cats.
