Just got this insurance on our baby Yorkie. She went for her first Vet visit and got 2 shots. Spot paid out within a week. Very pleased with them. Thank you ! I will recommend you to other friends.

So far Spot Pet Ins is extremely good. They have excellent communication and there claim processing is ideal. They paid my claim in a timely manner and directly into my bank account.

Complete scam. Beware. They deny everything as "pre-existing". It may have existed before I obtained the pet! But it was not diagnosed until after I obtained the pet and purchased the insurance. Even with her spay they denied all supportive care. I canceled the policy by telephone and they denied they received a call.

Spot pet insurance has been a really bad experience for me both times. I feel like they are very slow with the claims. Unfortunately, this company cost too much and reimburses so little. I had a $900 (only accepted $866) vet bill for an emergency visit and I already met my deductible and they only reimbursed me $255. There are better places than this. Claim# 5500500 And the company is going to give a canned response to this stating that that I should contact them. Please know that I have contacted them and voiced my concerns and they are doing nothing about it.
