So far everything has been great with the app for spot insurance and the company itself. Very easy to navigate and place claims quickly on the app. Also a pretty quick turnaround to get the claim sorted out for my first submission as well. The only recommendation is that if someone sends an email to ask question, a response would be appreciated. Especially if it’s in regards to coverage for my pet. But all in all at the moment I’m pleased with this insurance company for my pet.

The claims are easy to put through and it only takes a few days to complete! Very quick! I have not had any issues using SPOT🐶

Quick and simple! This process was quick and easy to submit my claim for my dog. There were no issues uploading my itemized receipt and the website is easy to navigate and lays everything out simply. And the money was direct deposited back to my account for my reimbursement.

Spot Pet Insurance has great customer service and benefits. When I got my puppy I decided I never wanted to face huge medical bills and decide whether it was my dog or my wallet that would suffer. My 1 year old lab was just diagnosed with IBD. We've had over $1,000 of testing done, and she requires HP food that is $150 for a 25 lb bag as opposed to the $90 for 40 lbs of Purina she was consuming before. Spot reimburses for prescription food. Having spot is invaluable to us and Pepper.
