Handled quickly & efficiently

I was very satisfied with their service. Claims were processed quickly, and the customer service staff was professional and courteous.

I have had several health issues with my puppy this first year and Spot has been very efficient with my claims. I am happy to have this insurance but hope that I don't need to use it as often in the future.

My dog had two claims six weeks apart and SPOT paid the claims within 5 days of submitting. It was so easy, I took pictures of the bills, uploaded to the app and that was it. The payments were deposited into my checking account. The coverage is the best!!

The reimbursement was so quick and filing claims are very easy with the app. It’s stressful and scary when your pet is sick and having good this insurance eases my mind a little bit.

When I was the previous pet insurance, they only covered accidents and new illnesses. I like that this pet insurance not only covered accidents and newly discovered illnesses, but, preventative care, exams, and vaccinations as well. Also, my reimbursement was disbursed in a timely manner than when I was with a different provider.
