This is my 1st experience with Spot and so far it has been very easy to submit invoices and website is user friendly! Great customer support!

Spot has been fabulous! We purchased 2 puppies from a breeder in March, and purchased insurance on both immediately. Thank goodness we did. Their first vet exam was great, clean bill of health. Taking them back for their 14 week vaccinations, we found out one of them, Aksel had a heart murmur. He had to be seen by a specialist, and have heart surgery. Spot pet insurance, has been wonderful. We filed the claim, and received the reimbursement within days. We now have 2 happy, healthy puppies, with a normal life expectancy! Thank you so much!!!
