Absolute excellent insurance
Absolute excellent insurance. They provided my pet with maximum coverage at an affordable price. When my dog needed urgent surgery they covered everything no questions asked! Highly recommend this insurance over any other.

It is super easy to file a claim!
It is super easy to file a claim, and reimbursement is made quickly. Very pleased with our experience with Spot Pet Insurance so far for our 2 dogs.

Misleading signup experience
I signed up for my insurance online and didn’t realize my yearly amount allowd was only 2,500. I am extremely disappointed because when I spoke to someone on the phone they said that if I called and had made this choice I would never have had this mistake happen. I feel like I have been swindled and I am now told If i want to maka change I have to cancel my account. Super disappointed

Insurance for my puppy
I just set up insurance for my new puppy and turned in my first claim. Within two business days, I received a response and a credit for my portion of the bill. It was super easy and they are most responsive! So far, so good . . .
