I created my account, imported my podcasts and worked well just one night, the next day they deleted my account, deleted my podcast and blacklisted my email address without advice and the Technical Support does not respond my emails. I do not recommend Spreaker for nothing, is a very unprofessional platform.

Hi Cristian Kinko, thank you for your review, we are always looking to improve so we welcome all feedback, good and bad. I reached out to our creator success team to investigate your case. They informed me that your account was unfortunately flagged for copyrighted content and removed. Upon creating an account with Spreaker you need to accept our terms of service. These terms, amongst many other items, mention you cannot post copyrighted content if you do not hold a valid license for it. As you can understand there are copyright laws that Spreaker, as well as any other podcasting platform, need to comply with and we are taking copyright claims very seriously. If your account did not contain any copyrighted materials or you hold the rights to that material, please contact our creator success team to resolve the issue.

Support was super fast & efficient. I had a great chat with multiple members of staff about a detail in how the Chaptering feature was set up. It was great to get a reply to my query within the hour, with a completely clear rundown on how exactly Spreaker's system and its player operate with chaptering, and I learned some new things not inherently available in the documentation. In reply, I made some recommendations as to how the UI could be improved to accommodate for what was explained to me, and my recommendations were taken seriously and elevated to the product development team. It's great to be heard by support and to know that customers and even their sometimes unique use cases get taken seriously.

Este Spreaker é muito bom, o que me falta é a paciência de integrá-lo a Skype, mas talvez chegue lá.

I needed to set up my RSS email as I hadn't done that when I began with Spreaker. I emailed support at Spreaker and Caterina got back to me with perfect instructions, easy to follow... and I got the job done. Thanks! :)
