Truly what i don't like is the fact of the threats, and when you have a call with your mentor, he falls asleep during the call... i also don't find it interesting as the course material is not there own.... most of the information is on google, and the other part about it.. DATA Camp.. is separate from Springboard... so they have you believing that signing up with Data Camp is essential... and there at Data Camp they take your money and wont refund it with out the run around, as the course is suppose to be accommodating the Springboard course. Personally the mentor calls do not do favors for me.. and actually that is the only gripe i have.. besides of the threats of suspending the accounts, well no many of the gen X are working 19 hours a day 6 days a week, and maintaining a 4.0 towards a 4 year degree... so keep threating me and you will see me gone... as i dont think i need the course.

A broad platform to learn different IT skills in a professional way. Teachers explain each and everything in a very simple way.

Springboard is an ok platform. The support team and certain advisors will lie and tell you certain things about your payments and try to milk you for your money. To be clear, they did work with me and have your completion in mind, so flexibility is there and they want you to succeed although the caviot is that they give you a run around if you start on the paid extension. The good was balanced with the bad and wouldve recommended if I had not run into these issues at the end.

I changed my mentor twice, It was a kinda bad experience. But eventually, I met a great mentor. I appreciate that the student adviser helps me to efficiently.

The course was good not great. I was honestly not that impressed with the content. The mentors are great and the idea behind it. I think that it is a bit too much filler and a lot of the info can be found online by yourself. Great concept though! I think more focus on job placement.

Overall it's a good program, but the curriculum and assignments can get really confusing. Many assignments are poorly created by Springboard and will cause you to get annoyed and frustrated. I'm still happy to be taking this program and I encourage anyone to take it if they want a boost in their career, but be prepared for lots of frustration and confusion when doing assignments and quizzes

I see gaps in operations. A lack of coordination between operations team and mentor.
