I absolutely love my boots
I absolutely love my boots! The styling is beautiful and elegant, the fit is perfect!! Love the bold colors and the felt lining is a wonderful touch. My only wish would be the heels a bit shorter, maybe just an inch.

Too long for refunds
It is taking a very long time to get refunds on shoes that I sent back. I have never waited this long for refunds from Spring Step. In the past I have gotten refunds within 7 business days. I sent 3 pairs of shoes back and have waited over 2 weeks for a refund on the first pair. All I know about the other 2 pair is that they have been received by Spring Step. Ridiculous!

Springstep was able to get my online…
Springstep was able to get my online order shipped to me on time before I had to fly for my daughter's wedding. The shoes fit perfectly, as expected and are beautiful.
