Our vet and the doctors at our local MedVet had given up on our puppy and advised us to make arrangements for him to be euthanized and cremated. I was not going to do that. I had received 2 of your catalogs and read the testimonials and decided to try Fresh Factor and Advanced Hip & Joint. That was 5 years ago and my puppy is 10 1/2 years old now. He had more life to live and so happy we gave you a try. We take walks and play, he can bark again, he has lost 32 pounds and he is my best boy. He is getting older and Labrador Retrievers are prone to aging problems, but he is living a good life thanks in part to Springtime Supplements, thank you so much!

Only one bottle arrived with the cap undamaged. One cap was cracked, inside seal on that bottle was roughed up a bit, but still sealed and I feel comfortable to still use. Another bottle cap was loose, almost off with damaged seal and it leaked. One side of the box and paper inside were oil soaked. Will not use that bottle. I feel if it had been better packaged it would have provided more protection to contents plastic caps. Love the product and after washing the 2 bottles will still use them. Sorry for the delay in getting this to you…Life happens!

Great product BUT! they do not brake down well to mix in food I have 9 dogs the price is great but i have some finnicky that will not eat! please make a powder for those finnicky pets

I placed an order on 12/25/31. Of course understanding it would not be shipped out until the next business day. On 12/31 I reached out as I still had not received a shipment confirmation. (Your website also states orders placed after 2pm would go out next business day). As of 12/31 I have not received a response. It is now 1/4/26.
