Pathetic. Placed online order and paid. By the time the Instacart shopper checked out my item the price increased exponentially. No explanation. Canceled my order

Stopped in today for a few things. First time I have been disappointed. Went to checkout and asked about an item I could not find, tonic water. The male checkout clerk looked at a female employee standing at the end of the checkout belt and asked "Do we have that?" She looked up shrugged and said "I don't know." That was it, no effort to find out on her part. I asked, Can you find out? looking at the female employee. No response, just stared straight ahead. Male clek pulled out a hand device and said, "We can look it up for you if you're nice." Male had large rings in ear lobes, large cross tat on left forearm; woman dark complected, red lipstick and black hair and did not do any work, just stared ahead.

The past couple of weeks I got mold on my bread .I just bought cheese yesterday is green and the price is not to low Walnit Creek Sprouts Brentwood. Sad

78Sprouts is a horrible company. Their terrible to work for they treat their employees very bad. The management is horrible. I wouldn't shop there either. Their prices are extremely high, overly priced on everything. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else. I hope this helps you stay away from sprouts. In york pennsylvania, they are a horrible, horrible, horrible company. This company does not honor disabled employees. I was disabled and they didn't respect it. And they fired me for no. Reason I was the best cashier. I had lots of customers give responses about me, but the management didn't care. Don't shop there please..if you are a regular you know me I had purple hair

Diabolical customer service! Checkers ignored us! Did not mutter a simple hello or thank you! Started conversation with other checkers whilst we waited for them to finish their conversations! Managers pay attention! This is basic customer service!

It covered up the bad part of the apples that I bought they just want the money.

This has been happening every time I go in to the point I have to make a delivery order to get the items I want because they are lazy and rude and lie to your face! I went to buy chocolate milk and they said they where out so I placed an order and I got my order in an hour so I had to pay double for what I needed isn’t right they are rude and give really bad attitude and they roll there eyes if you ask for help! They never keep there shelves filled I am looking for another place to shop that had the items they carry!

My complaint is not about the products. It is about the staff and especially the cashier. My first time visiting this location. It was hard to get someone to assist you about ther vitamins upon exiting the supermarket the cashier was so rude we had about 50 dollars worth of items she was really scanning the items so fast like she was angry. Then she asked if I wanted a bag. How in the heck could I take all in my hands. This cashier was either having a bad day or racist happen 09/18/2026 Never going to sprouts again.
