Good analytics tool, good custome

I've used Sprout Social at every company I've worked at since 2013. No other social management platform matches is extensive capabilities, delightful UX, and excellent customer service.

Sprout Social made managing our social channels easy and efficient. The intuitive interface, reliable scheduling, and accessible dashboards saved our team time while giving us peace of mind (no missed posts!) Their responsive support and dedicated success team made it one of the better Enterprise platforms I've used to date. The only area for improvement is, of course, more robust analytics, especially where LinkedIn is concerned. Other than that, great product and platform!

I have been tasked with standing up social media management platforms at multiple organizations and, after numerous RFPs and demos, Sprout Social has consistently been the platform with the best combination of robust capabilities, helpful account management teams, and professional services when highly-specialized requests need to be addressed.

Sprout really makes my day-to-day as a Social Media Manager much simpler. ✅ Scheduling: I can plan posts for all platforms in one spot. This really helps curb my tab chaos. ✅ Approvals: People can comment directly on my drafts. ✅ Mobile: I can fix/schedule even when I'm out and about.

Sprout always makes having conversations so easy. They listen to and implement customer feedback. The software is so robust and yet feels accessible and easy to use.
