I am still waiting for mine 2 months later. They only reply to you by generic emails. Total scam. Be very wary of this company. Trading Standards have been informed.

I haven’t bought this camera or even attempted to HOWEVER… can we just recognise the fact they insinuated in their advert that if you were a “stay at home housewife” you would find the installation and use of their product just as easy as the next person? I’m not even a stay at home mum/ wife and I was insulted!!!!

Unbelievable! This is a lesson in checking before buying. THIS IS A SCAM! It breaks all kind of laws. They have even recalled all emails. They are still advertising on YouTube who should take them down. YouTube needs to verify their advertisers. Because thete are so many scammers on YouTube, they are just as culpable.

Don't do it. Complete waste of time and money despite what you see on YOUTUBE!!!

Total scam. Software would not load. Bought 4 of this crap camera. I can't even download anything on line because there is no id on the camera or box to id the manufacturer. 4 unless cameras

Highest rating was 1 star contrary what Getspyfocus claiming on their official outlets. Reviews are telling me this is scam. The customer service number is not working Quality of the product is so poor, it does not meet any standards and much more issue with Company's behaviour towards customers To get your refund you have to fight for it hard and long.

Unfortunately I sent for 3 of these cameras then read Trustpilot by accident.I have tried to contact them to cancel the order but the telephone number supplied is out of service! The email I received back from my cancellation is just the bog standard one saying that they'll get back to me within 24hours. Of course I have heard nothing.
