Shipping was late. Also I was told both of my items shipped on one tracking when only one was. 2nd one arrived much later.

After installation. One week later, the flush valve stopped working and flooded the whole room. Called yesterday and I am being sent a another flush valve. Will provide another review then.

I placed and order for a single item on 5/21/23, no tracking number has been provided as of yet. Emailed asking for and update on order, said tracking number would be provided ASAP still no tracking number as of 6/04/23. Was told the system did not notify of the order.

I do not have a contact to call and find out delivery info, we have not received the product ordered nor do I know when it will come yet now you send a request on how well done when service has yet to be provided. Call if you want. 714 474 5983
