I had a great time everything was told in term I could understand. The hearing aids work great.

Professional. more through than the previous dealers. More accessible than previous dealer. The instructional. Booklet hard to read. Small print. Have no complaints about hearing aid. I had Resounds before and when taking them out of the charger I could hear the chimes better than Starkey but that is small concern The important thing is I'm hearing great.

The hearing aid specialist is wonderful and has been extremely helpful. I really like her a lot and would highly recommend her to anyone needing ear cleaning, hearing test, or for hearing aids. The hearing aids worked pretty well the first few weeks, after that I started getting 'feedback', especially my right ear. It sounds like the ocean and is annoying to wear them, even tho they do improve my hearing ~

Hearing devices are excellent. Clear hearing, easy to wear, no ache from wearing for long periods and easy to make adjustments with the mobile app.

Excellent treat everyone with respect. My new experience is so smooth relaxing I can’t say enough the hearing aids are so much better and easier to control than the previous co.
