I ordered an arrangement of flowers to be delivered that never arrived and was told I was going to be refunded my money and never received the refund either.

Very responsive even when I ran into a delivery date issue, they were timely and provided a very good delivery service with good quality. I am thankful and would recommend.

They canceled my order by email saying they refunded my money then never sent it. I have read many reviews the same it is a total scam. This is a big disservice to hard working florists.

SCAMMERS!!! i placed an order online 8/14/25. they quickly took my money and within seconds after they cancelled my order. as of 8/29/25 i still have not received a refund. I have called and emailed them every day and keep getting the same response that it could take 1-3 days. this cannot be a legit business. I filed a complaint with the BBB
