Scam, don’t order from this shop!!

Easy website & free delivery!!! Great customer service overall

In July I ordered flowers. The order was cancelled the next day with a promise of an immediate refund . Finally in DECEMBER the refund was processed . Please pick you own flowers , draw a bouquet of flowers with broken crayons , text photos of flowers from a reputable florist …but do NOT order from this company !!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered flowers from them on October 17th 2025. They cancelled my order without telling me and have yet to refund my money. Every time I get an email that says they are sorry, but still no refund. I'm glad I checked my email and ordered from a reputable florist. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Don't order flowers from them it's a scam they will wait for u to order flowers then cancel the order and steal money from your card Why isn't the authorities investigating this fraud @interpol

What went wrong is the flowers that were delivered 2 days after the date is was scheduled to be delivered were not even the flower arrangement I ordered. This was for my daughter -in law after she lost her grandfather. I was so embarrassed with what was delivered to her. It should have been a sign when they wanted a review written before the delivery of the flowers. Do not use StarLuck Flowers. They do not care. Yes, they did confirm the order right away. StarLuck is not a good company to use when sending flowers or any arrangements used from StarLuck. Then to find out they deleted my review. DO NOT ORDER FROM STARLUCK!!!!!!

First) I asked if they are located in the town they claim to be in. YES WE ARE. 2) Is the named arrangement available. After checking, I was told YES. My order was cancelled after they assured me the order would be delivered. ALL BOLONGA!!!! LIES NOW I AM OUT OF TIME

Do not use this service. Starluck Flowers canceled 2 of our orders and never notified us of the cancelation. Only found out that the orders were canceled when I called to see if they were delivered. Still awaiting both refunds.
