I saw their ad advertisements on Instagram. It’s completely hesitant about submitted to company so I reached out the Kost communication and the clear communication between me and whomever ran. Their social media. Response was excellent. I got everything I requested. My item was handled with care no scratches or damages to my Funko pop sent, and the autograph and the JSA came out just as requested. Thank you I’ll be back for others.

So awesome!!! I ordered a personalized poster from them for the Jamie Campbell Bower signing. I'm a die-hard fan of ST and him so receiving this in the mail, I was screaming with excitement! Although it did take longer than expected, they kept me updated on why and where they were within the process of shipping which is greatly appreciated. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Great customer service, when I received the signed Funko back it was beautiful and exactly what I ordered! Amazing shipping and delivery service was also amazing! Highly recommend.

I pre-paid for a product almost a year ago, but it still hasn't been delivered. The company keeps shifting the blame to the courier service, which is not the issue. I bought the product from StarSpot, so they are responsible for delivery and updates, not the courier. I also ordered a cheaper item initially, then noticed the exclusive version became available. After spending more money on the exclusive, I asked for a refund for the original item. Instead, they offered me a partial refund, saying I had to either keep both items or forfeit most of my payment. Overall, poor customer service and no accountability. I would not recommend this company.
