Hello, Our 10 device limit allows up to 10 simultaneous connections per slot, with all connected devices sharing the assigned IP address - standard behavior across commercial VPNs. If you require unique IP addresses for each device, additional subscription slots are needed. Regarding IP flags, our residential and mobile IPs are sourced directly from real end-user connections. Third-party databases like Scamalytics can occasionally auto-flag an IP if the real host user runs third-party applications (such as passive bandwidth or cash-reward apps) on their local network. As soon as you log into your dashboard there is a large button to download the wireguard configuration file. It's not hidden. Our anti-fraud system is necessary to identify suspicious transactions to avoid chargebacks and abusive behavior on our networks. You may have been logged in with a VPN or proxy before ordering.
