Beautiful day.

You have a lot of staff but all were friendly and eager to make sure we had a good visit. I enjoyed the whole experience but was particularly impressed with the text and photos supporting the displays - not too much but sufficient to learn history. Plenty of free toilets and food outlets. Not so enthused with the audio tour - would prefer just the facts rather than two interacting presenters (but that’s just my opinion)

It was fine. The boat was super hot inside!

Seeing and exploring the island was great. The process was seamless and the queues were organized. The staff were also cordial. The only glitch was that there was only one elevator and took 2 hours to get to our turn

Great staff. We were greeted and provided with directions as soon as we entered Battery park.

Easy booking online, parking close to destination. Quick service. Easy access.

Ellis island was very interesting. The photography was amazing. The rooms also took one back in time. The only issue I have is the length of time waiting in the heat for the ferry over. Some AC would have been nice or more fans.
