Easy to order. Fast shipping. Products are easy to assemble and have held up to a lot of practice shooting.

I received my order as expected and quickly, but the heat at the bottom was broken in 2 places and the springs put pressure on the cover and it always remains half open and the string of my crossbow is frayed after only about 30 shots already.

I talked to Tyler and he was absolutely great to do business with. He was very patient and very professional. He was kind and didn't mind answering the abundant amount of questions I had. He made me feel comfortable about ordering from steambow because I was skeptical about it due to having a hard time getting someone to answer the phone when you call. I hope they get better on that issue another thing is i wish that stay stocked up on arrows because everything is out of stock and that scares me. But you can still find arrows on line. I just rather get mine from steambow. But over all the m10 is fantastic and I would recommend steambow to anyone and I will continue to do business with them.
