Everything was great with ordering and product, but getting multiple survey request emails multiple days before the product was delivered was annoying. Given you have the tracking information, why don’t you coordinate with the survey company?
Response from Stellar Scientific· Apr 17, 2020
Thank you very much Andrew for your business and for making time to share your feedback, where we're doing good and where we can improve. We appreciate it very much. We will bring this to the attention of the survey company asap. The review trigger is currently set off when a customer completes a purchase and not when the product ships. We should be able to add in a delay time so the request is more aligned with the shipping. Give us a few days to try to get it fixed and let us know if we've improved the experience. Thank you again!

Great communication, great product. It took a few days to finally ship, but I knew that going into the deal. Once it shipped it got here in a day! This is the first time I've tried Stellar, but I definitely will return to them the next time I need something they sell! Great job, Stellar!

Oh Wow! You have no idea how much this review means to the team. Everyone is on overload and working from home which makes communication more challenging. Wait till they see this review. It will make everyone's day. Thank you so much for sharing and for your business. We appreciate both very much.

Response from Stellar Scientific· Apr 12, 2020
Thank you Cleveland for giving us a very high rating even though we were not able to ship your order. We appreciate how frustrating it is to hear that our supplier cannot ship lab chemicals to a residential address. We very much appreciate your time and your understanding that this matter is out of our control.

Centrifuge could have been packaged a little better. Package was severely damaged in shipment. Unit was not damaged and is in good working order. I am very happy with my new centrifuge. I would definitely purchase from Stellar Scientific again. Customer service was absolutely Superb.
Response from Stellar Scientific· Apr 12, 2020
Thank you so much Mel for your business and for making time to share your experience with us. We are relieved to hear that despite the packaging being damaged, the centrifuge was not affected. If you still have the original packaging available, please send a photo to [email protected] along with your order number. This should be shared with UPS and the manufacturer so all involved parties can see how the item arrived. Thank you again for choosing Stellar Scientific. We appreciate it very much.

The sales person I talk to informed me about what they had in stock versus what I was wanting to order that was not in stock very helpful. I placed my order as a result
Response from Stellar Scientific· Apr 12, 2020
Thank you very much Nate for shopping with us and sharing your experience! This is an unprecedented time where PPE has become very difficult to keep in stock. We appreciate your flexibility and readiness to work with our team.
