Have been pleasantly surprised by my stepprs i am on my feet all day at work & had no problems at all, no sore feet at the end of the day

so far they seem to work okay feet feel good back not so much

I ordered 2 insoles and only received 1 of them. I emailed right away and someone got back to me very quickly and was very friendly so I thought cool this will be simple. It wasn’t. They would send a link to fill out paperwork that didn’t work, they would send the link and it would just go to their website, and I would tell them that and they would say oops sorry and then send the same thing again. They asked me to send them a picture of the labels that were on both packages (Kind of hard to do when I’m here because I didn’t get both) and then they said there are 2 labels on each package and they needed me to send them pictures of both and gave me instructions on how to peel the label off of the other label to not ruin it….um seriously? You would think I was trying to pull a crazy scam instead of trying to get my $20 insoles. We went back and forth for 2 weeks and it ended only because I finally got the 2nd pair. And it ended in the same place it began. So no help. I have no idea how long that would have gone on for had I not received the second pair but I’m glad it’s done.

I had heel pain (mostly my left heel) for 3 weeks and thought I was starting to have feet issues like plantar fasciaitis. I work at a warehouse on my feet with composite Toe work shoes 8 to 12 hours depending on the day on concrete 5 to 6 days a week. My insoles were worn after a year wearing them it was good and broken in had cushion enough that lasted until that week 1 heel pain coming in. I ended up seeing ads on Facebook about Steppers for a few weeks and thought to try these insoles. It has made a huge difference! My pain lasted 3 weeks straight, even when I was off of them asleep. I wake up and feel the pressure and then pain after awhile . The pain is going away! I am no longer babying my feet (still feel slight pressure but hardly any pain now) with every step! When my steppers wear out, I am buying more! Thank you so much! :)

Im giving this a 3 star only because it is comfortable but its the wrong color I ordered the green ones not fleece and this for work is not very refreshing in the nose department if you get my drift
