We strive towards 5-star reviews, not because we are perfect, but because we want to ensure every customer receives excellence in both our stair products and service. Unfortunately, we couldn't showcase our after-delivery service to ensure every customer is pleased with the stair parts they recieve.

We highly value the superior value of stair parts along with our customer service, including quick turnarounds of many of our stocked stair parts. We appreciate your comments about our return policy which are clearly outlined online and discussed together. Product returns do cost to return such as shipping, processing and restocking charges through distribution. Our return policy is typical with similar business. We always strive towards all 5-star reviews, unfortunately we know that we may not satisfy each customer, in their eyes, 100%. We will continue to service each customer with superior stair parts coupled with customer service unparalleled.

We thank you for your product review, Stephen. Unfortunately, our rubbed copper finish may not have been to others details but also this finish is not an exacting science since it varies even among the same item since the copper finish is applied and wiped off to provide limited accents. This is the unique to this particular finish which varies among manufacturers and distributors even though the finish name is the same. It does seems unfair to provide a 3-star rating soling based on not receiving a "similar" finishes received from someone else. We strive toward 100% satisfaction and typical outstanding 5-star product reviews, just never thought we would receive a mediocre review due to someone outside our ability to change or control.

We appreciate your thoughts about our return policy which are clearly outlined online and discussed with you over the phone. Product returns do cost to return such as shipping, processing and restocking charges through our distribution facility. Our return policy is normal with similar business. As discussed with you, we recommend that it may be best to keep the products not needed for various reasons. Also, the shipping cost would be more costly than the returned items. For what its worth, your additional order placed for more items shipped well below our cost by nearly $20. We always strive towards all 5-star review, unfortunately we know that we may not satisfy each customer, in their eyes, 100%. We will continue to service each customer with superior stair parts coupled with customer service unparalleled.

We thank you for your product review, James. Unfortunately we weren't notified of this issue. If we were, we would have replaced them. It seems as if there was a product batch defect; we haven't received previous concerns with this item. Also, our shipping cost include handling and processing fees; perhaps we could have assisted in this regard. Without the opportunity to provide 100% satisfaction, we can’t strive towards our typical outstanding 5-star product and service reviews.
