A little confusing. The question for the family member or friends email the way it was worded I thought I needed my recruiter. Plus I have no family and that made it hard.

What I find most helpful in any experience (and found most helpful in this one) is reasonable responsiveness. I was able to speak with someone contemporaneous to experiencing difficulties so it allowed me to deal with my navigation frustrations "in the moment". Regardless of whether or not the issue can be resolved as quickly as it is reported, it is encouraging to articulate my specific experience in a timely manner.
