Got stuck with the forms; called for help and finished with directions from help call.

The agents are exceptional - had to call twice, both times the agents took the time to properly identify the issue, figure out how best to resolve and communicate it clearly...So the agents get 5+ stars. The 4 star is due to the emails and portal - the messages in emails are not necessarily as clear as they could be, which is why we had to call in the first place. And the portal has no way to securely upload additional documentation when requested, which means email must be risked for sensitive documents. (Advice: Submit as much documentation as you can when completing the paperwork.)
