Quick, easy and fast shipping. Expensive for a few spare parts though.

Easy to review and make a purchase. Just the quality of the stethoscope wasn't what I thought it would be.

The price and shipping time were both excellent. The only issue that prevented me from giving 5 stars was the inability to buy the diaphragm by itself.

Found the same stethoscope on amazon for less money

Shipping was very quick and at a reasonable price. The price of my item itself was good compared with other sites, though I still wish it were cheaper (for all sites in general). Otherwise, I would recommend this site.

My only problem was that I'm not sure why it was $20.00 more for an all black stethoscope compared to any other stethoscope.

Easy online purchase on a holiday weekend. My only downfall is of the shipping. Paid 40.00 for the shipping costs for what said was overnight shipping and I didnt get it for many days. I understand I ordered it late at night, next day was a sunday (christmas) and monday was considered a federal holiday. But even shipping out on Tuesday I didn't get the scope until late Thursday afternoon after it took the craziest route to my home I have ever seen. The shipping tacker by USPS actually said wednesday delivery but it didnt make it here. Company might want to look at giving other options of shipping to customers besides just USPS.

I was very happy that the Littman Cardiology III scope was in the color that my daughter wanted and you shipped it in plenty of time for Christmas despite that fact that we live in Hawaii which means mailed items usually take an extra 1-2 day shipping. Conversely when I bought my own scope some 25 years ago (it too was a Littman Cardiology type) it cost about $60. I had no idea that the price of an excellent scope would have increased so much. The nursing profession runs in our family so we will be making periodic purchases. The Littman website did not recognize my address as valid so we were unable to order from them.
