I have not received my stethoscope and I’ve tried to email and message several times with no response from your company.

Littmann replacement tube. The replacement tubing I ordered for the Master Cardio appears to be fake and not authentic Littmann tubing.

It was supposed to be bright red, but it was burgundy

I purchased 2 stethoscopes with engraving. The engraving is SO SMALL!!! I work with nurses who have engraved stethoscopes from other vendors, and would NOT recommend this one. I’m incredibly disappointed with the gifts I will be giving for Christmas this year.

1st rode wasn’t correct part.. was difficult online to tell which needed. So I ordered (and paid for) a different — hopefully correct— part but have yet to receive it. … Annoying to receive survey before product even arrives
