Ordered my Littmann classic 3 stethoscope from them with my name embroidered. Looks great and arrived very quickly.

I ordered new earpieces for my Littman. They arrived quickly but one of them was cracked. I called the company and they immediately sent a new replacement. Sometimes things happen like this but when the customer service is so responsive and willing to make it right, it's okay

Good stethoscope but I ordered stainless steel and received a bronze colored one. I do not have time to return it because I needed new one ASAP.

Stethoscope is great. Excellent sound quality. My only annoyance was the cost of shipping. It said the cheapest shipping method was $4.95 but when I went to check out the cheapest available was $10.95 I think. I didn't need Priority Mail service.

$12.99 diaphragm assembly kit. weighs about as much as 2 pieces of paper. charged $4 for S&H. o/w arrived in decent amt of time.

Love how fast my order was shipped and arrived! I also researched other sites and found the same stethoscope more expensive than at this site!
