Stethoscope works great. disappointed with the color, it doesn't look anything like it did online. Also the engraving is in like 0.1 cm font, impossible to see unless actually looking 😒

Multiple calls to customer service regarding a defective stethoscope went unanswered. Finally contacted someone who is sending another stethoscope after three days of persistent calling. Never did get a call back after multiple messages.

One of my cards was declined twice for some reason even though there was money on the card. Yet Stethoscope.com choose to go ahead and apply those charges as pending transactions to that card holding up hundreds of dollars for a week and causing me a lot of headaches. I would not suggest anyone buy from them ever again

Which used an old address, not one I live at anymore. My stethoscope hasn't been delivered and is lost in the mail.

I had this engraved and you guys sent the wrong color. You told me you would send a label so that I might send it back on Saturday and you get it on Tuesday but you fail to send the label until Tuesday forcing me to maybe get it sometime next week. Not pleased with the customer service at all

The engraving is so tiny and insignificant that I had to search for it. Not even close to what I expected. I guess I should have done more research on this product. My bad! Very quick service however. Received in 3 days.

I emailed stethoscope.com as well as called and left a message for my phone call to be returned with all my contact information and no one got back to me via phone or email nothing so I wasn't able to have my issue fixed. Bad experience.

I would love to review my stethoscope, but its been a week and it still hasn't arrived. Now its a holiday weekend, so at best it will be a week and a half. Three days delivery, nope. I'm sure it will be all I dreamed of when it finally gets here, but until then ill keep dreaming of hearing my patients breath sounds
