I cannot log in. I cannot get a reset link. Someone said they would send it to me and it never arrived.

mostly everything is ok ,just the volume in real-time has disappeared, on the 1 minute chart it is especially needed and use to have it with every new bar, which was very helpful, thank you....
Response from StockCharts.com· Oct 26, 2026
We're glad to hear that you're enjoying StockCharts overall. We noticed that the issue with real-time volume appears to be related to your data plan expiring. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can help clarify your data plan options and assist you further.

For the SCRT, I don't see the purpose of separating them into Large, Medium, Small, Toronto, and other categories. It would save a lot of clicking, if they were just under one category.....All.
Response from StockCharts.com· Oct 26, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback about SCRT. Your point about consolidating the categories into one “All” option to reduce the number of clicks is fair and noted. We would like to understand more about how you use these categories. Please reach out to us at [email protected].
