My experience so far is excellent. The way Dr. Beck goes into the conscius and unconscious mind is great. I agree the conscius mind is the damn EGO but if the unconscious mind is the SOUL I am not so sure. In NDE (near death experience) which I have read alot about and twice talk to people that have had it.). The SOUL is something else than the powerful and automatic unconscious mind. I have a long history of ETOH use and fighting it. I am not a daily drinker but á binger I am. In the last few months I have been experiencing symptoms and signs from the cerebellum after á week binge. Ataxic gait and hand tremor. This goes away in 2-3 days taking vitamin B1 ( thiamin). Á good reason for me to stop drinking this addicive poison/drug. ETOH is the drug of choice for Metanol toxicity. Tank you Dr. Beck. I think you can help me get out of this mess.

Only day 4 but it is powerful and has stopped me drinking every night for the first time in a long time. It is very important to do what Craig says including letting the course unfold bit by bit and letting him breakdown our false views of alcohol.

A very good program that I agree with. I went to AA and it had a negative affect on me as well. I agree more with Craig's program as it speaks to the science of it all and that it lay's the fault on the actual product, its makers and marketers.

I'm 11 days into sobriety now; really early days but full of positivity and hope. For me, Craig's message is as much about being kind to your soul; letting our souls be free, as re-framing alcohol in our minds. Either way, it's powerful to recognise that we all have a choice.

Have just listened to this audio 2 days in a row very well explained the no benefits of alcohol to the body and mind.it is as described as an Attractively Packed Poison.Changing the thinking pattern and recognising the tricks of the conscious mind the bully.
