My friend just plods along thinking all is well until one day it caught up with her. so Came across him on youtube. Just by viewing his videos and reading his book, he has got into my mind and now friends look at drink so differently now. What he said about AA and will power , at first we thought " what"? now I have seen he is 100% right... I have not paid him anything and if the videos and book helped me keep off it for 3 weeks so far, the seminar must be great too. First couple of lessons seemed repetitive after listening to 'Alcohol Lied to me' and the free webinar, but from lesson 4 it started to make a difference. You don't need to be a big drinker for this to have an impact. This course is helping me understand why I crave alcohol at certain times and what i can do to help them pass. Thank You

During a recent 5 day stay in hospital with Appendicitis, and the compulsory abstinence from alcohol, I had my 'Threshold' moment. Stumbled across the audio-book 'Alcohol lied to me'. Wow, absolutely life changing. Today is my 14th Alcohol free!! tomorrow will be day 15..... etc etc etc. This feels so amazing I want to go outside and scream it from the roof tops!!
