What a difference a day makes!!!! Day one after listening and joining, in place of my usual meeting friends and drinking wine, I changed the habit: went directly home, walked the dog, did some yard work and fought the stress feeling at the 24 hour mark... did not open any wine( first time in over a year!) and felt great! Even better the next day! Now on day 11 and kicking it! Feel so productive, still fighting with full night sleep but getting better and hypnosis are helping. Love this program: no more guilt, no more covering up guilt with wine for yesterday’s guilt with tomorrow’s guilt builder. I think I got this!!!!

Hi Craig Just read your book " Alcohol Lied to me" and for the first time in decades Ive walked around the supermarket looking at alcohol and not wanting it. Not being impressed by it at all. I remember how it tasted when I was a kid and how awful it was. Alcohol did lie to me!! I've had a problem for longer than I care to remember with alcohol. I'm 58 now and will read and re read your book.  I don't want alcohol ever again and feel relaxed and confident my life will be so much better with out. Less angry too. Very direct,informative, real. I have been drinking 1 -2 bottles of wine every day for 24 years. Tried quitting, just didn’t get past a day or 2. I’m AF for a week and have no desire to drink. In fact, the thought of alcohol going into my mouth disgusts me. Craig is very real, and that was the influence I needed.

Excellent program! I am only on day 3 and I am loving this. I was drinking everyday for years and could not tell the "evil clown" in my head "no". I have no desire to have a drink after only these 3 days. I am looking forward to taking this entire course and being alcohol free. I would recommend this course to anyone. BTW, I have tried AA at least 12 times with no success.
