I find I can relate to what Craig recommends

It's just day 2 for me but I'm finding this program extremely helpful.. Viewing alcohol as attractively packaged poison that's highly addictive is better for my self esteem.. I've been beating myself up by telling myself how weak I am. This is why I don't like AA.. Not great for your self esteem.. I actually went to the grocery store after work tonight and didn't even think of buying any alcohol. My husband thought for sure I would have gotten some wine since it was a rough day at the office with a few of my grumpy hormonal co workers. He was pleasantly surprised. Sorry for the long explanation.. I was desperate to complete the assignment tonight. Two of my computers died on me while trying to complete this exercise. I had to switch to my husbands Mac. Well it worked. I'm really looking forward to day 3.. Last night I fell asleep listening to your hypnosis track. I found it really relaxing, will listen again tonight. I have listened to your pod cast for months. Glad I finally signed up for this program.. Thank you, Kathy

This really explains why I feel so anxious every afternoon and turn to alchohol. Knowledge is power. For the first time inmy alchoho; drinking life, I feel that I have a chance to kick it to the curb. I feel confident.

I am so glad I made this choice to get this program. i had already started to stop drinking a couple weeks before I found course. I have been taking the course for 5 days and it caused such a physical and mental reaction inside of that made me feel really happy. i choose to be happy and sober so i can really live my best life possible. Thank you to Craig for opening up my heart and mind even more than ever. Looking forward to following this course and continuing my jouney day by day sober.

I have been a problem drinker for more than 20 years. I am so glad I found Craig Beck and his Stop Drinking program because I can relate to absolutely everything he says about alcohol addiction. And it is non-religious, no belief in a higher power is needed, as an atheist, I could never use the 12 step program. Craig has helped me a lot through his videos even before I signed up!

My husband that drinks a lot of alcohol finally, started trying this program. He said that his productivity increased, and now he is two months sober and, I'm so happy for him. This program is helpful! I will support this!

I enjoyed the video. I need to explore why I drink a little deeper. It is sometimes so automatic now.
