This is a fantastic course, every time I return to it, it resets my thinking around alcohol, removing the reasons I want to drink.

I really found day 4 very informative and how alcohol crates a loop or vicious circle until it kills you. This really is the first time looking at alcohol differently with your help of course. I’m looking at alcohol through a different set of eyes, with honesty and truth. This has been very enlightening. Thank you sincerely.

Totally different than anything I've ever tried. I'm 45 and got off heroin and cocaine 20 years ago through AA. I stopped going to meetings after a year or so, bc I had zero desire to do drugs ever again and didn't believe I was an alcoholic. I drank occasionally without problems for years, but about three years ago I started losing control. I've tried all the ways of limiting it without success. I looked up AA meetings a hundred times but knew that's not what I needed. I'm so thankful I found Craig's book on Amazon which led me to his website and program. I'm on Day 4 and I'm so excited about this. I'm driving by liquor stores and flipping them off! This mind-shift is freaking awesome. Thank you Craig!

After getting sober using Craig’s methods everything in my life has improved. I’m getting the best sleep I’ve ever had, I wake up hangover free and ready to take on the day! I’ve been promoted with the company I work for, which means more money and less hours. I spend more time taking my family out for fun activities instead of being lazy and hungover on the couch. Craigs course is awesome! He changes the way you look at alcohol, eventually you won’t view it as the social pleasantries that society markets it to be. This course changed my life and it can change yours to, highly recommend this program to any problem drinker who wants out of the vicious loop.

The first week has been fantastic! Craig drills very deep into the Awareness, Goal Setting, Opportunities and the Way Forward all in a fashion that is easy to understand. More importantly he drip feeds the course work so you follow it in order which makes it much more likely to put into practice. So far very impressed!
