I had a great experience! I ordered online & my luggage was shipped to me within 3 days. The timeliness of the shipment was important because I am flight attendant & the luggage was shipped to me before my next trip started.I also like the fact that the shipping was free for orders over $149.

Great customer service. Made two phone class during the process of ordering my bag and the employees were very helpful. 4 stars instead of five because they sent a different bag than I ordered (I selected an option for no side pockets that was missed). Small mixup, but they took care of it quickly and got me on my way.

I ordered a set of ball bearing -in line skate wheels for my "Travel Pro" "roller board" when the OEM wheels came apart. New in line skate wheels from Stop-Over Store are better than the originals, were an easy 5 min installation and work great at a fraction of the price Travel Pro wanted for replacement wheels. The Stop Over Store also utilized shipping that was less than $4.00.
