Fantastic experience moving in. Tammy the manager was super helpful and very friendly. Will def recommend to anyone in need of a storage facility.

Feedback on our first day.
The lady at the front desk (Coleen) was VERY nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the facility needs a lot of work. The one cart for transporting your goods to be stored has all 4 wheels damaged and is basically unusable. There was an old TV laying in the aisle to me bin which forced me to go around. We reported it but 4 days alter, it was still there. I noticed that the fire extinguishers were outdated (2015) which is a fire code violation in Wake County. If the price wasn't so great and the people so nice, I would have not stayed. The palce needs some serious maintenance.

Terrible
Elevator out of order, no carts, doors locked, an hour early. Had to find another option on a Sunday afternoon. Do not use this facility

Greg, thanks for your response. We're very sorry to hear about your bad experience. It does appear the elevator went down this past Sunday but was repaired and fully functioning the next day. As for the other concerns you raised, Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days. It is rare but sometimes there are not enough carts to go around. We will be ordering more carts for your location to make sure there are enough to go around. Additionally, for the added convenience of our tenants we're looking to extend our operation hours to M-F 8-7 Sat 9-4 and Sun 9-2, starting in Aug.
