We have been very satisfied with the customer service. We had to make a couple changes to move to another additional unit when we filled our first one, then later realized we needed a larger one for the second unit. The staff helped us through it with ease and coordinated our rental payments so both units came due at the same time. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This people who run the place are helpful and pleasant to work with. But I've been here 4 months. I've found the outside door damaged and unlocked for several days. There are other businesses in the building. The doors are left open into the storage facility. Anyone can walk in. And the units are not well constructed. If I had anything valuable I would not use thls place. Cameras are going to be of no value once your stuff is gone.
