Very disappointing customer service. 3 out of 4 drives I received did not work and it took three emails just to start the process of returning them. Two weeks after the returned drives were received by Storage Parts Direct I still had not heard anything regarding a return or refund and when I contacted them they had no idea what I was trying to do. Apparently my order was mistaken for another where too many drives were shipped to another customer?? All I know is that bad drives happen all the time but trying to get a refund or replacement should not be so difficult. I was (and still am) looking for a reliable source for these hard drives as I manage hundreds of RAID arrays and disappointingly enough this is just not the company to do that business with.
