Great response time

Purchasing at Preferred Doors was a complete surprise. They did a great job even for my small order. I needed some garage door lubricant and they had what I needed and they processed my order and shipped lightning fast (with tracking). So paying the extra shipping was worth it knowing they weren't messing around and they aim to please. Again, I'm pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness and will make future purchases here without hesitation. I give them excellent marks.

Quick, reliable, had the product I needed.
