Fast, friendly and reasonable cost!

Too long for delivery. I still don't have the item :-(

I would have given 5 stars but the item I ordered wasn't shipped for 3 days after purchase. If I would have known that, I would have ordered the item at Amazon for $3 more and received it in 2 days.

I ordered the part I needed but was unable to complete the order online. I got a message asking me to call the order by phone which I did. The nice lady who answered the phone said that they were having computer issues so I gave her the information and completed my order. A short while later, I got a confirmation of the order and then got delivery updates every day until it was delivered. I could not have asked for better service. Thanks.

Ordering parts from this site was a breeze. I utilized the chat feature to make sure my item was in stock. It was, and it shipped promptly. Made my repairs in a timely manner. Great quality of service. I highly recommend.
