They had exactly what I needed. Switches were lot and worked perfectly.

HAD MY DOOR FIXED IN 45 MINUTES , PARTS FIT JUST FINE.

My Mom's garage door opener had the drive sprocket break. She lives in a small town with no garage door service company....I ordered a replacement sprocket online and received it in two days. Great job, Preferred Doors!!!

A $5 minimum return restocking fee is a bit excessive

I bought several parts to repair my automatic garage door opener. The parts were easy to find and verify as the correct parts, and cheaper than any other sites I saw. 2 day shipping was a plus. I realized I needed an additional part after placing my initial order, and their customer service helped me correct the order quickly and with no hassle. Great overall.
