The staff here remembers us from last year and made renting a unit easy. We were able to get in and out with no problem. The cost is VERY affordable and we are confident that our items will be safe.

I called the last minute in a emergency situation to get a storage before they closed. I was running about 30 minutes late getting there and instead of them leaving and closing early they actually stayed late so I can get one. Very clean and organized facilities! Highly recommended and a professional employees!

Kourtney is the rudest service industry manager I have encountered. Her rudeness has made my experience at this location on Murfreesboro rd an unfortunate one. No greeting ever. No smile ever. No conversation ever. No Please. No Thank You. Unbelievable.
