Storplace is a very clean facility. The storage units are easy to access and the staff is always there to help with a friendly smile.

They are overpriced, they don't spray for pests, they don't clean out surrounding area to your storage bins, the only correspondence you ever get your rates will increase yet again.

The Staff was courteous, interested in my needs, offered suggestions and very professional. This was a second unit that we rented, the first being a couple of years ago, due to staff and location.

Upset that my furniture got ruined. They got all damaged with water, and the manager and employees were really rude. I wasn't going to lose my things because they were expensive to lose.

Every storage place that I contacted for information were very unprofessional on the phone and simply sounded like they hated where they were. When I called StorPlace in Bellevue they were extremely courteous, professional, had the best prices and policies. Can't beat all of those. The security gate seems very elaborate for entrance which keeps your mind at ease. The location of the facility is in a great location right off Interstate 40, yet it is in a quiet area that does not draw too much attention. Very satisfied with our choice of storage facility at StorPlac in Bellevue and will highly recommend to all of our friends in search of storage.
