For the most part, all the experience I had with StorPlace at Greenwood was topnotch. The facility was very clean and easy to get into. The security around it is great. The people in the office were very nice and friendly. The only problem I had was when I asked for the price of the storage unit I needed they quoted it to me. When I went to sign up for it, it was $8.00 more. I had to take out insurance that was not told to me when I asked for a price quote. When asking for the price they should quote you the entire price and say that includes the insurance.
