This was a great experience wish I would’ve known about it earlier.

Best course I’ve ever took

I like the fact that the class is online and easy to access. The price for a course is also reasonable. The only complaint I have is that when I took my final exam I had to log in to the guardians and on September 15,16 and 17 I tried to take my exam but they couldn't able to connect me. Finally, on September 18, 2024, I am able to take my Microbiology final exam. However, I was charged for 3 days $12 dollars each. I should not pay for the service I did not get. I tried to call but no one answered and I left messages couples of days. Please communicate those people so they wouldn't do this again to other students.

This is a convenient way to get prereqs done quickly and on your own time. The process is just much more tedious than going to class with an instructor. There are no lectures and barely any videos, also not the easiest instruction to follow for labs. Proctor U for the final exam was the worst examination experience of my life. Invasion of personal privacy as well as electronic data privacy. It took me 3 hours to do my exam and I didn’t even get the entire allotted time. I was kicked out of the exam and by the time the proctor let me back in the time ran out.

The employees are nice and very helpful during proctoring.
