The coach is great. The platform needs to be better. There is no easy way to go to any account management page, there is no app no clear website. It seems quite basic.

I've enjoyed my experience so far using Strawberry Coaching. I like my coach, and their advice feels true to what I hoped to get from coaching. The check-ins from my coach are so appreciated and having the ability to contact them when needed is great. Also, I like Strawberry.me's attention to the client experience. After each session, I'm prompted to rate and leave feedback--this makes me feel they're genuinely taking my perspective and interests into consideration. Overall, a positive experience so far!
